We are a team of highly skilled professionals. We specialise in web-based applications, content management systems, web-design and web-hosting. Open-source solutions such as Plone are our core business, with 10-years experience we are the most experienced Plone developer in Australia. We have clients across Australia, U.S, U.K, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Fiji. We have experience working with NPO's, Health and Government organisations as well as corporates.
The Team
Tom
Tom Cameron has been working in the Internet industry since 1994. He has gained an extensive knowledge of the technology and business principles behind all Internet activity. He has worked in Australia, Asia, US and UK on Internet projects and has managed projects ranging from small web sites to multi-million dollar installations.
With a very strong technical background and hands-on experience, Tom is most interested in business development, project management and marketing. Having founded several companies and successfully sourced venture capital, Tom is very familiar with the development of start-up companies.
Troy
Troy has been involved in various Internet and software companies since 1996. Over this period Troy has been involved in a large number of development projects acting as a consultant to a number of digital agencies and software companies and developing commercial level solutions for a number of blue chip clients.
In 2001 Troy founded GIST Solutions a digital agency specialising in web development, design and hosting. In 2008 Troy became Managing Partner of Mooball IT which was formed when GIST Solutions merged with Mooball.com.
Sandy
Skills: from Assembler to Zope stopping at all stations.
Responsibilities: Zope/Plone programming, Plone skinning, some Flash.
Other: building websites since 1998, using Zope since 2001.
Steve
Skills: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Java, ActionScript, Flash, Python, some C++, C, HASKEL, Prolog and ASP classic.
Responsibilities: PHP Programming, system development and support, some system design and wireframing.
Other: Have been building web pages and programming since the late 90s. Loved computers starting with an Apple IIe.
Rodger
Skills: Python, EcmaScript, XSLT, SQL, Java, C, C++, XUL, Perl, Bash, GNU Make, Scheme, Haskell, Prolog, Zope3.
Responsibilities: Python/Zope/Plone programming, System Administration
Other: Contributor to OpenSource projects - GIMP and Zope. I enjoy art and painting, digital or by pen and paper. I prefer to use free software for my hobbies. I also enjoy traveling and getting in touch with foreign cultures and people.
Brett
Brett Manages our accounts and billing.
Andy
Skills: bash/sh, awk, M6800/M68k, ASM, C, C++, ObjC, Java, Lua, RedHat Linux, Xen, Nagios, BIND, Server and workstation computer hardware.
Responsibilities: Server maintenance, backups, security, client server environment setup, server application maintenance, staying current with new and emerging IT technologies, workstation builds.
Other: RedHat / Fedora Linux user dating back to the late 1990s, Open Source Software advocate, Star Trek, Babylon 5 / Sci-Fi tragic.
Anne\
Anne is the office manager at Mooball IT, assisting with accounts and administration duties.

Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SproutCore, Ext.JS, Python, PHP, Java, C, Unix/Windows Systems Administration, Networking, PC Hardware, ActionScript and Photoshop/Illustrator.
Jake is an active member of the local Web Application and Design communities and is always looking for a challenge.
In his spare time Jake likes to develop smaller web applications, mess around with mobile application development and hit it up on the dance floor with West Coast Swing, Salsa, Zouk and other Latin and Swing styles.
